Can anyone help with murine mesothelioma immunolabeling?

I would like to characterize murine peritoneal mesothelioma using immunolabeling on paraffin-embedded tumor. Can someone indicate me references of primary antibodies that worked, such as antibody directed against calretinin, pankeratin, mesothelin, vimentin, WT-1, ....?

Hi Véronique,

MPM cell lines grown in serum have a tendency to loose the nice MPM markers you have observed in the primary tumors. Vimentin should work based on literature.
