I just got a Flowjo trial version. I really like the automated cell cycle tool, however the computed model does not always fit the real data - is there a way to manually adjust the model? Especially the peak height often does not fit my data..

Can you tell me where to make these changes? Because I really can't find any changeable options (beside the constraints).
