For better nmr predictation, you may use chambio office software...first you draw the desire chemical structure followed by predicting the hnmr or cnmr. Thus, the actual result and prediction could be compared..
Thank you for your answer.However it only can be applied for known sample, how about unknown sample? That is why i need software that can help me predicting the structure of the sample from the NMR spectrum
Ooowwhh...why not you try predicting the probability of structure which maybe form during reaction, draw it and simulate the signal...it will help you at another side.. ;)
the result for native sample showed similarity with a published paper. I had drew exactly the structure from that paper but when i predicted the H-NMR from the chem draw, it shows different peak compare to their result. Idont know what is wrong...Can you help me?hehe
Follow to this link on dropbox - I have put a few Varian format NMR files that you can use to play with the software - they are non-proprietary 1H and 13C data - do what you want with them.

Each file is a folder - to open them I think you have to click on the FID file that is found inside each folder.
Another good place to go is the human metabolome database (http://www.hmdb.ca/) each metabolite entry is a small molecule description that has downloadable NMR, MS, etc.

I use MNova predominantly. Those samples will open in MNova. In fact I opened them all up as I was wondering what to put into the dropbox folder. You either use the dropdown menu to say you're loading a file - enter the folder and double click on the FID file or you simply drag and drop the folders that you want to open into the MNova program.
