Can anyone help me with western blot for protein ERG?

I did a Western Blot yesterday but, my band doesn't exist!

I think my antibody dilution is wrong... I used 1:10,000 for anti-ERG

What dilution should I try this time?

Hi Marian

It depends on which antibody you are using...

What does the datasheet of the antibody says? (For example abcam suggests for WB of ERG between 1:1000 and 1:10000 - if this is your case I would go to the 1:1000 and see what happens)
