Detrended canonical correspondence analysis (DCCA) is applied to estimate the overall compositional species turnover measured in SD units (as beta diversity), which provides an estimate of compositional change along an environmental or temporal gradient (ter Braak & Verdonschot, 1995).

I am having a pollen record from kashmir India for the last 250 years and was wondering if anyone can help me with the DCCA and help me to get the SD values in order to comment on the ecological changes.
