I am investigating the removal capacity of amoxicillin in water sample by a macrophyte species, Basically, I don't have many SPE cartridge to validate my method, that's why I am asking for a validated method with full detail for the detection of remaining amoxicillin in water by HPLC or GC

It's very hard analyse amoxicillin in CG, because the amoxicillin molecule is not volatile. It is necessary a derivatization reaction for volatilize amoxicillin molecule. Analysis in HPLC you need know what is your target concentration, after this you choose the best detector system, and the extraction method. I think OASIS HLB is a good choice for amoxicillin analysis, below has some weblinks for example, some on different matrices but you can adapt for water.

Amoxillin concentrations in water samples are usually low, thus, you need a SPE method for purification and pre-concentration prior to RP-LC-MSMS analysis.
With SPE, I agree with Marcos that you can use Oasis HLB 100-150 mg per cartridge for 100-200 mL water samples.
For LC, you can use C18 column with mobile phase consist of MeOH and UPW (HCOOH 0,1%). Our own study showed that MEOH/UPW gave better results than ACN/UPW.
