I have XRD pattern for silver nanoparticle. But there is no peak values on XRD pattern. How can I find out the peak values? Kindly suggest.
The 6 peaks are identified by the markers along the top of the pattern. The software should give you values for those markers in 2-theta degrees (what is on the x-axis). If you don't have software use a ruler like we did before computers. These 2-theta values should be converted to d-spacings, either by using your software or by hand like we had to before computers - use the Bragg equation: nLambda=2d sin(theta), solve for d. Then compare your values with those in a database for your materials. Remember that relative intensity is just as important as peak position for identification.
You need to give us more information. Post your data, either as .raw file or .xy file or similar. Or post an image of your diffractogram.
