So you can calculate the mM of ethanol produced by Saccharomyces from fermentation of fructose.
For example:
If the conc. of fructose in the medium is 83.3 mM, the expected mM (theoretical value) of ethanol is 166.6 mM; from fermentation whole amount of fructose in the medium.
