Qiime2 is very easy and you could use it successfully for your data analysis just by following their tutorials available on the web page (I put some important links below).

I was beginner to Qiime2 and did not even use qiime1 before, I did not need any help after the tutorials.

also, Qiime2 has a very helpful forum. So, whenever you face an error either you will find an answer, for it in the forum or you post it in the forum and Qiime2 team will answer your question immediately.
