There are two response variables. One is the pest population reduction after spray, and one is the percentage of damaged leaves. There are two Independent variables. One is Different chemicals and the other is Time (Data noted at different intervals after a single spray). The design is RCBD with three replicates.
The question is does this data require repeated measure analysis of variance and if it does then can I do it with any software? Help also needed regarding data input. Thanks.
Your question is not clear. 1st thing is if you are going to analyze both responses at the same time then it may be the multivariate case , which is MANOVA. actually if you have performed two independent experiments for two responses then it will be ANOVA, but if you have measured both responses from one experiment then it is MANOVA. Now asking the question of repeated measure is appropriate after deciding this. it seems as you have taken the measurement after some intervel of time from units after single spray so in my opinion it is repeated measure. now two way repeated measure ANOVA can be analyzed in SPSS, but for MANOVA i am not sure whether its repeated measure version is available or not in SPSS.
For two response variables you can do two separate repeated measures ANOVAs. Now a days most statistical software have this capability. Most common softwares you can use are SAS, Genstat, Minitab, R
