Can anyone help in development of protein affinity filters…….?

I kindly request you to please guide me in the development / designing of affinity filters used for purification as well as recovery of targeted proteins from complex samples. I planned to immobilize monoclonal antibodies on the surface of tosyl- and tresyl activated membranes. Also suggest, few other membranes used in immobilization of monoclonal antibodies and also used in development of protein affinity filters.
