i) I have purified, a "C-reactive protein i.e. CRP" from plasma, pleural and ascites fluids by calcium dependent affinity chromatography.

ii) Final protein sample of CRP is now stored in 20 mM Tris & 280 mM NaCl, 5 mM CaCl2 (pH 8.0) with Sodium Azide.

iii) After 3-4 months I found precipitate in its storage condition (-20 degree).

Hereby I kindly request you (for all investigators and researchers) to please suggest about this precipitate problem and what should I do to prevent precipitation in its storage condition?
