The recipe is in there:

TKM 1:

10 mM Tris-HCl pH 7.6,

10 mM KCl,

10 mM MgCl2 and

2 mM EDTA.

TKM 2:

10 mM Tris-HC1 pH 7.6,

10 mM KCl,

10 mM MgCl2,

0.4 M NaCl and

2 mM EDTA (TKM2).
