Can anyone explain a proper way of Graphene Oxide(GO) dilution for GO-quenching efficiency measurement?

I have labeled the stx2 236 TALE-A protein with QD. It's concentration is 1.56uM. I have been doing GO quenching with my labeled protein. However, I am not getting good curve for Relative Fluorescence Unit(RFU) especially for concentration of GO like 2ug/mL and 3ug/mL. What could be the reason?
