this is difficult without some fungal structures like spores or conidia. Do you have the fungus on agar plates?

Yes agar with chloramphenicol. Unfortunately, I do not see any concrete structures, but only I'll find something to put in it.

You can try media with natural substrates, these ones usually enhance sporulation. Good media to start with are oatmeal agar, potato-carrot agar, or cornmeal agar.

Thanks. I try with natural substrate. Hitherto I use natural substrate for entomopathogenic fungi, maybe I will try use oatmeal agar.
