Can anyone assist in measuring percentage of blood cells that are ROS positive?

I need a simple experiment conducted that measures the percentage of human blood cells that are ROS-positive after being exposed to elevated hydrogen sulfide. The results can be combined with my manuscript that describes a new hypothesis for the cause of Oxidative Stress. Send me an email if you're serious about collaborating.
