I am looking for a company to generate a knockout cell line. Is there anybody who has experienced the service of a reliable company for that? Would appreciate your feedback.

You can check out International Mouse Phenotyping Consortium (IMPC) website (http://www.mousephenotype.org) to find out if your Gene of Interest's knockout has already been generated (ES Cells and/or Mouse).
If you would like to have knockout lines generated in a human cell line, I ask you to check out www.horizondiscovery.com.

I have two suggestions for you with second hand feedback available for both.
1) Check International Mouse Phenotyping Consortium (IMPC) website (http://www.mousephenotype.org) and search on their portal if knockout for your gene of interest is available (as mouse ES Cells and/or mouse).
FeedbacK: Users have been pretty satisfied.
2) For generating knockouts in human cell lines, check out Horizon Discovery at https://www.horizondiscovery.com/cell-lines/x-man-knockout-cell-lines.

Did you consider http://www.mousephenotype.org/, formerly (KOMP), a public resource of mouse embryonic stem cells containing a null mutation in every gene in the mouse genome or are you talking of a specific cell line? In that case I would consider to do it yourself with CRISPR technology (http://www.addgene.org/crispr/guide/)
