I am using lipase of aspergillus niger for lipase inhibiton assay against some molecules.
using substrate olive oil.
Kindly if anybody have protocol?
Thanks
Here are some articles:

Thanks for the reply.
Actually i have to see activity against some drugs..
Using olive oil substrate because no other substrate available in my lab.
Ineed the protocol for that.
Dear Farheen Naz,
Can you be clearer on the question.
Are you studying the inhibitory Effects of the "molecules" on the activity of Lipase from A. niger while using Olive oil as the substrate?
Or you are studying the inhibitory activity of the enzyme on the said molecules?
These are two different studies. Please be clearer on this.
i want to askl the journal in the feild of ayurdedic or herbal drugs with good impact factor?
