I am trying to measure the thickness of my thin film. I have a graph obtained from Optical Profilometer technique. I do not know how to analyze the thickness of the film from the graph.

What chromatic wave light source are you using and what is the make and model of your optical profilometer ? In a 1d scan the step size should be obvious in your graph ! You want to average out the noise at the bottom and the top of the step!

Take a visible NIR spectra of your source to ensure you clearly see the two spectral peaks in the blue and the red! If you don't then your source is bad!
