How to calculate magnetic moment of a thin film using vibrating sample magnetometer graph?

I have hysteresis loop curve with initial curve performed at room temperature using vibrating sample magnetometer technique. From this hysteresis loop curve, using saturation magnetisation value, is it possible to calculate the magnetic moment of a thin film?
I am still not sure to understand your question. If you have the hysteresis loop then what it probably contains, IS the magnetic moment of the sample (to the extent it is aligned with the field) as a function of applied field.
For this to be true, in many magnetometers there are size restrictions for the specimens but I reckon you have observed these.
It seems you want to know not the magnetic moment, but the volume magnetization. In that case you need to divide magnetic moment of the sample you measured by its volume. If a sample is small in comparison with the measuring coils and magnetometer is properly calibrated, then the measured values are exact values of the magnetic moment (averaged over the sample volume) projection onto external magnetic field. Some magnetometers have 2D or 3D configuration of the measuring coils, in this case one can measure additionaly one or two perpendicular components of the magnetization, which is very useful for studies of multidomain states.
I did not understand your question too, I guess you would like to know how to get the weight of the film sample. Because the film is always above the substrate, I usually use measuring cross section to get the film thickness , than use of the geometric dimensions of test samples to get the volume. Than use of bulk density to estimate the weight of the sample weight.
In this way there will be a certain error.
If you have deposited your film on substrate, first of all take the magnetization data for the bare substrate after that take the same data for deposited film. Take the difference of the two, you will get the approximate magnetic moment contribution form your thin film.
i have deposited Cobalt thin film. and get he MH loop. how i can calculate magnetic moment.
