Can anybody identify this marine mammal (whale) vertebra?

This vertebra was found in the Colombian Caribbean. There are few whale sightings in this region, but some species identified before include B. physalus and M. novaeangliae. I have no idea if it is possible to identify only one vertebra to the species level! Any expert advice would be appreciated.
