Can anybody guide me on how to use Sentinel-2 RGB and NIR (10 meter spatial resolution) ?

i want an elaborate explanation on how to use Sentinel-2 data, the recommended software for the analysis and how accurate and reliable the data is when it comes to research. Thanks.

ESA (European Space Agency) has developed a software called SNAP for working with Sentinel data. It can be good for research as it is improved version of Landsat multispectral data.
