We have installed a Shimadzu DTG60-AH thermal analyser. The software appears buggy and i would like to reinstall but cant find the original installation files. Can anyone please assist with this? Contacting Shimadzu is my last resort. Thanks in advance.

1. Examine the installation CD or USB included with the thermal analyzer. It may include the required software and installation files.
2. Check the Shimadzu website to check whether the program is available for download.
3. Check to see whether the thermal analyser came with any additional installation files or a manual.
4. Contact other Shimadzu TA-60WS software users through community forums or research gates to see if they have a copy of the installation files or may give more assistance.
If all else fails, you may need to contact Shimadzu for assistance. They should be able to give you with the appropriate installation files as well as aid you in resolving any software difficulties. It's worth noting that Shimadzu's technical support team is an excellent resource for fixing software difficulties, and they may have additional answers.
Qamar Ul Islam Hi, thanks. Had already explored 1-3. Installation CD appears to be lost and the software isnt available on the website. Thats why i posted the question here on RG and some other forums
