Can any one tell me how much(g) AMF used in 12 cm pot? is there any formula to calculate AMF amount per pot ?

i am going for TO TEST effect of AMF on different vegetables in pot. pot is 12.5 cm..

Dr Imran you can search some papers, as far as I know papers have used 10g fungus inoculum including spores, soil and infected roots. you can calculate yours.
