Can any one suggest how to process eukaryotic cells for transmission electron microscopy in detail?

I have to check the heterochromatin of the dendritic cells by transmission electron microscopy. Therefore I want to know the fixation, dehydration, embedding (in which material) in detail. Kindly suggest.
