Dear all,
I have the absorbance values of peroxidase (at 470 nm), ascorbate peroxidase (at 290 nm), catalase (at 240 nm) and superoxide dismutase (at 560nm) enzymes, but I need to calculate the activity of each enzyme. The end volume of reaction mixture and enzyme (that was subjected to measuring) in covetta was 3 ml.
Can any help me?

Your question is a bit confusing (to me). If you are requesting how to calculate the enzymatic activity, you need to have rate data - (e.g. delta absorbance/per unit time). This information, converted into the change in substrate concentration (determined by the molar extinction coefficient) divided by the amount of enzyme present will yield the specific activity of the enzyme in question.
