SEM is not possible with SPSS. There is some rudimentary path analysis that can be done with AMOS an add-on to SPSS. SEM is not simple like regression analysis. I think SAS has a version with point and click (windows type environment) where you do not have to write syntax. I hope this helps.
if you want to do SEM you may consider two thing initially.
first are you looking for finding the pattern through your data and you are going to confirm that path, then you may use Amos which is covariance based SEM.
But if you are looking for the best prediction model for you dependent variable then you may use PLS-SEM.
you can use SPSS , and particularly factor analysis just to find out the factors pattern in your data. Then in order to confirm your model use confirmatory factor analysis (a part of SEM) by using AMOS.
