The World Development Indicators by the World Bank might be a good source for you. They have, for example, different variables for health expenditures.

Thanks for your interest  Anthony Sumah. But I need to more specific to know about  each country spends how much on particular diseases/disorders which includes research, clinical trials, manufacturing, marketing etc,.

I am not sure whether I can get it or not. Mostly some data available are spefic to countries not on a global scale.
