I need to target genes that are upregulated with my gene of interest. I want to see what genes are co-regulated with my target gene in both a tumor sample and in a cell line sample. Then I want to target those genes that are upregulated in both tumor and cell lines and pick them for linking with my target gene. I need to know how I can do this. I don't know how to do the statistics.
