Hello All, I am working on Si nanostructures/graphene heterojunction for optoelectronic devices.
Suddenly, I am facing some problem in transferring graphene onto Si nanostructures
After cleaning PMMA coated graphene several times with water, I tried to transfer it on Si nanostructured sample.
With no air bubble inside, I kept it in vacuum desiccator for 1 day.
Finally, when I tried to remove PMMA in acetone, the graphene together with PMMA is coming out. I even repeated several times, But not working.
Meanwhile, I even tried to vacuum annealed, PMMA coated graphene on Si nanostructures in presence of Ar:H2, but graphene together with PMMA is coming out.
Please help me out with a reason of this and how to get proper graphene sheet on the Si nanostructures once again.
I have the exactly same problem... Have you finally fix the problem ? Could you help me ?
