Hello Everyone, I am developing graphene sheets by CVD process on Cu foils and then transferring onto various substrates such as glass, Si and Si/SiO2(200 nm). After the process, I confirm the 2D/G ratio for mono and multi-layer graphene sheets on Si/SiO2. However, I don't receive any signal on Si/Graphene and glass/Graphene the substrates for the same batch of samples under same laser power and exposure time under dark environment. Moreover, there are no D, 2D and G band features observed on these substrates except the peak at 2400 cm-1. The laser wavelength is 532 nm.
Please let me know the possible reason IF you have face the same issue.
Please share the Raman spectrum and sample snapshot if possible. Meanwhile, you can try checking the conductivity of the sample.
Just to get ir right: You grow graphene on Cu by CVD and then transfer it to substrates? By induced forward transfer? Using pulsed laser or cw?
