I need to simulate various solar cell structures in SILVACO. I need to change certain parameters (mobility, width, etc) and observe the effects. Is it possible to somehow automate the process? Right now I am simulating separately for each value of a given parameter, and that is tedious and time taking. Thanks in advance for the help.
You can ask Dr. Ahmed Shaker our colleague for help. He is an expert in the using Silvaco soft ware. There is instructions that can do that either you refer to the manual of the Software or you send a message for him on the RG.
