You can find these examples - also in the demo installation - here: C:\Users\Public\Documents\PTV Vision\PTV Visum 15\Examples\TFlowFuzzy

The manual (chapter 4.4.1 in PTV Visum 15) contains more methodical background including a small calculation example and with references to further literature.
