Can any one explain me, the Homology 3D-structure protein PROVE plot what it will say and how we can calculate and which value is bad or better let me know the range? Please help me.I was stuck with this situation...
I modeled a structure of my interest protein. Next, for refinement and quality assessment, I submitted structure in UCLAsaves online server. Here it showed some parameters in that one of the parameters is PROVE plot. Can explain some one what range limits of this plot weather of our modeled structure good or bad.
I would be happy if someone helps me....
