Hello,
The UN Office of Outer Space Affairs has a program called access to space for all that enables institutions to have hands on expertise related to access to space. There are three elements associated with the program that allows institution to either conduct experiments or build and launch a cubsat. The deadline for the different programs are in the next few weeks. Please check it out. I will be happy to provide some help and guidance as needed. I am not involved with UNOOSA, but I think it is a cool initiative.

Thank you for the information. It is an interesting research project. I will be interested in this project. Research carried out in space and / or related to certain aspects of space exploration has usually been highly developmental and important factor of technological progress etc.

Hi Dariusz, Thanks for your message. Maybe there are some institutions in Poland that might be interested in putting something together. It might be too late for this year, but it could be good to start strategize for upcoming call.
