I calculated the combination index with CompuSyn software, Among 8 combination data points, 5 of them are on the antagonism side (CI>1), the other 2 points are nearly additive and one of them is synergism
The result at a low dosage of the combination drugs showed substantial antagonism, while in higher dosage they showed synergism.
I want to know why this combination shows a different pattern in different dosage of these drugs?
