For my thesis I am performing a case study of an organization about the satisfaction, commitment and values of employees. I have phrased one of my hypotheses as follows:

"The effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior is stronger for employees who value achievement, self-direction, stimulation, security and benevolence."

This is based on the fact that these are the values represented by the case study organization.

Is this acceptable, or should I keep the hypothesis general and only address the relation to the organization's values in the discussion?
