Hello

I have ordinary/extra-ordinary refractive index (n) and extinction coefficient (k) data for thin films over a range of wavelength. I have also calculated the S factor. Now, i want to find out the thickness of the films using this data.

Can someone kindly share a calculation method for film thickness using this data, n, k or S factor?

Thanks a lot in advance
