Thanks for the reply Orlando - indeed, it is a shame in this age and time... it happens and it is increasing now after a bit of recovery from COVID19 downturn...
At every stages of life always, I experienced bullying and resulted to suffering mental state of panic disorder and physical incapacitating conditions.
I think it depends on your age to some extent. I remember people being bullied at school and a more experienced colleague used to bully me a bit when I was new to the service in which she (and I) worked, but I have not experienced it as an adult apart from this case. It was someone else at work who pointed out her bullying to me and I had not really noticed. It didn't upset me. Looking back, I suppose she did a bit. Or was a bit bossy!
Thank you for your input. Indeed, when talking to those who have been bullied - they will not take it as a bullying act, but rather think of it as a managerial style or leadership style, or even working style... but, when the bullying reaches a boiling point of affecting the career of the individual, this is when reality hits and people would reconsider what they thought might be the case and think seriously that bullying was part of the whole relationship. There is a need for bullying to stop.
