Dear Dr. Talat Issa thanks for asking this interesting technical question. As an inorganic chemist I cannot give you a suitable journal recommendation. However, my general advice would be to consider publishing your valuable research results in English. There is absolutely nothing wrong with Arabic, but if you want to have your research results read worldwide and eventually cited by other researchers, then it is absolutely advisable to publish your work in English. My parent language is German, but I stopped publishing our research articles in German more than 30 years ago. It was a wise decision, because only English is read and understood by virtually every researcher around the world. Only with papers published in English I reached almost 12,000 citations by now.
