Presently I am working on measuring bond strength between concrete and steel using PZT sensors and wanted simulate the results using FEM analysis as well, so i wanted to know how can I apply pseudo force in ANSYS workbench which can get me appropriate results for bond stress between concrete and steel.

In ANSYS Workbench there two option which can provide you results in the form of pseudo force one is in static structural analysis with the name 'remote load' or else you can even try with acceleration due to gravity as pseudo force is like inertial load.
Its advisable to go for a displacement controlled load (Displacement rate/second) then you can insert a force reaction probe to obtain the contact debonding force. before that of course you need to define a CZM (Cohesive zone material) and define the deboding stress and slip which represent the point of failure/separation.
