Is it a review paper?

Hello everyone,

Thank you very much for all of your imputs.. I will check these recommendations. It is not a review paper, so I guess I have more "room".

About impact factors, here in Brazil we have our own "journal evaluation", and some papers have low impact factors, but high evaluation in Brazil (I am not sure how they evaluate them). Most of the journals posted here have good evaluations by Brazilian agency.
