Has Anyone ever used the Newton method in GEMPACK?

I am having problems selecting the NWT in the "run interactively" options. When I finish with the DOS window and I try to run the TABLO and CMF, it returns with an error saying I haven't chosen the NWT option. What to do?

Cronbach alpha is given for each dimension in SPSS and a "total" one. The dimension specific alpha are low, but the total one is fine (0,808). How do I interpret this?
