I am looking for case studies around Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Facility management for my PhD. Especially if the case studies have evidence of the benefits, barriers, opportunities of BIM adoption and use in direct connection to facility management.

Its true there are very few real life case studies that actually measure the benefits of BIM and FM integration. I am currently writing about our case studies BCU has delivered 2 BIM projects at a very advanced level. The BIM outputs were dictated by the estates management team which has been very beneficial in getting relevant information that can be carried through to the FMT.
