BFU-E colonies: can you help me?

Hi! Is anyone ever did the CFU assay by Stemcell tecnologies? -It is possible to know the cytokines concentration in Methocult M3434 and M34534? Are the concentration of the cytokines equal into the two medium? -I need to isolate BFU-E from mouse BM cells in normal condition and without EPO. Which Methocult will you suggest me? The M3434 and the M3534? Is the M3534 intended for granulocytes and monocytes isolation only? If I use the incomplete medium (ex. M3234), which concentration of the cytokines should I use?

Use the Methocult with out cytokines and add by yourself, do it in different concentrations in two weeks you will have the answer...cytokines concentrations depend on many factors in your lab incubator temp and humidity, your techniqes etc..
