I need to isolate dendrites from axons in my microchamber, I have already tried a protocol of Netrin and it failed. I would like to put Sema3a in my dendritic compartment in order to repulse axons and meanwhile promote dendritic arborization.

I have two basic questions:

-I have never used Sema3a and I see that the one available in commerce don't have a lot of references in papers. Is there a reason? Do you reccommand any?

-I have seen that in literature there's high variability in the dosage and timing of use. Have you ever used it for this purpouse? My neurons will stay in culture until DIV12-14. And I was thinking to treat at DIV 1-3-5-7. Is it too much?
