Hello everyone!
I am stuck looking for an beta-Amyloid 1-40 dye that can be used for immunohistochemistry on cells to study the changes in binding frequency of amyloid in various drug treated cells. The current dye we use is labelled with a fluropore which images great, but gets internalized extremely quickly (within 10 minutes). This is making it extremely difficult to quantify binding on just the cell surface to determine if our drug treatments are truly minimizing the binding. If anyone has had any luck with a similar dye that does not get internalized as quickly, I would appreciate any input!
