Dear all,
How can I calculate the best thickness for my samples? It means I can sputtering thick layer or Thin layer. Resistivity and conductivity is not important just i need to achieve to best thickness of quasicrystal.
Hi Hadi,
Its really interesting and common question,
You can check thickness on Profilometer and Scanning electron microscope.
On profilometer try to make step deposition like having electric/conductive tape. SEM needs good cleaving edge of sample.
I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions.
Regards,
Kishore
