Best RNA extraction kit for rat brain RNA-seq?

I am going to extract total RNA from rat brains for RNA-seq. Does anyone have any experience with using TriZol + RNeasy kit (Qiagen) or Direct-zol kit (Zymo)? Which method is better? Thanks
