Respected colleagues,
What is the best finite element modeling software packages for reinforced concrete elements, such as beams, slabs, columns, etc subjected to static monotonic loading? I've had some success with ADINA, ATENA, and ABAQUS, but I want to know your opinion based on your experience.

I consider Abaqus to be the best software for modeling reinforced concrete structures. The software has constitutive models capable of reproducing well the nonlinear behavior of the material, for example the plastic damage model. It is a very powerful tool for contact problems when coupled with explicit dynamic analysis.
It actually depends on what you`re going to study; however, ABAQUS and ADINA have been widely utilized in literature, you`d better decide depending on the availabe data to you for each software.

I think that your FORTRAN Computer program is the best in the Nonlinear Finite Element Analysis ( RC Structural Members ) especialy when you modified this program
Usually depends for your topic. Depending to my experience in ATENA, it is superior for others by its ability to make stochastic finite element analysis and the fracture models for concrete is more reliable.
It depends on your topic; however, ABAQUS used commonly in literature.
I'm my opinion ABAQUS is the most common and appropriate one, however, in some cases other softwares could be better.
